By accessing or using the Stay Vilasa website, making a reservation, or staying at any of our properties, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

When making a reservation with Stay Vilasa:

• You must provide accurate and complete information for all guests.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
• Reservations are confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
• You agree to pay all charges incurred during your stay, including room charges, applicable taxes, and any incidental charges.
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations made 2-6 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund will be provided for guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date.
• Early departures: No refunds for early check-outs or unused nights.

For reservations during peak seasons, holidays, or special events, a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Our standard check-in and check-out times are:

• Check-in: 2:00 PM (14:00)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (11:00)

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please contact the property directly to request these services.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we have established the following house rules:

• No smoking inside any of our accommodations. Designated smoking areas may be available.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly accommodations and are subject to additional fees.
• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for each accommodation.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on our premises.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for violation of these rules.

Additional property-specific rules may apply and will be communicated upon check-in.

Stay Vilasa takes all reasonable care to ensure the safety and security of our guests. However:

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
• Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available and take appropriate precautions with their valuables.
• We do not accept liability for any injury, illness, or death of guests unless directly caused by the proven negligence of our staff.
• We are not liable for any disruption to your stay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Use of facilities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and other amenities is at the guest's own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for your booking.

All content on the Stay Vilasa website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Stay Vilasa or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from our website without our prior written consent.

The Stay Vilasa name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Stay Vilasa or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
